Self-pay Rates (Out of Network)
$205 for 55-60 minute sessions. I do not offer a sliding scale.
For those looking to use an insurance plan you may check with your insurance company to see if they offer out of network benefits.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
If so, how much is this deductible and how far am I in meeting it for this calendar year (or your plan’s year)?
What percentage of my services will you reimburse for once my deductible is met?
What is the process to submit out-of-network claims?
Payment
Cash and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment you must do so 48 hours ahead of your appointment or you will be responsible for the full fee of $205.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
