Whether you identify as transgender, non-binary, or gender-queer, Cher can meet with you to provide a letter from a mental health professional to receive gender affirming surgery. As of September 2019 letters from a mental health professional are no longer required to change your gender marker on your Illinois ID.

Cher works under an informed consent model which assumes you are an adult who should be empowered to make choices about what happens with your body. She will explore the logistical impacts of the decision, but will leave the decision exclusively in your hands. Full rate is $205 and a sliding scale is available for as low as $100.
